Guest contact is very important to him; he is mainly to be found in the service area and anywhere else he is needed. His two daughters Emma and Lisa
are a crowning joy he shares with his wife Anna Rita.

Helmuth De Carli worked his way up the hotel trade, having started at the very bottom.
This foundation, coupled with his vision, far-sightedness and attentiveness, met their zenith in the development of Parc Hotel al Lago; he is the custodian behind the scenes.

Agnes De Carli is the good-hearted soul in the hotel. You get a sense of the joy she has at taking care of each and every guest. Daughter Marion De Carli has managed the Reception team at Parc Hotel al Lago with a great deal of commitment from the very beginning and has now found her own happy place with Lukas Gerstl at Das Gerstl Alpine Retreat in Vinschgau, our partner hotel with bergundsee.it. Family joy is complete with their two daughters, Gioia Marie and Stella.
